Professional Cleaning

We offer several different green cleaning services. We charge $40 per hour per cleaner for all maintenance house cleanings or office cleanings and $45 per hour per cleaner for all deep clean, move-outs, move-ins, vacation rentals, market ready, or post construction cleanings.

We arrive with our own appliances and eco-friendly cleaning supplies. Our normal service areas include Gold Hill, Central Point, lower Eagle Point, Medford, Jacksonville, Phoenix, Talent, and Ashland areas.

We do service Shady Cove, upper Eagle Point, Butte Falls, Grants Pass, Rogue River, Hornbrook, Williams, etc. if scheduling permits, however gas and driving fees are added.

Regular / Maintenance Cleaning

“Maintenance cleaning” is used to maintain the cleanliness of your home. It is our most common cleaning service for residential clients on a consistent cleaning schedule. It includes kitchen and bathroom cleaning, living room & dining rooms, dusting & floor cleaning.

Here’s what we cover in a Maintenance Cleaning unless the client specifically asks for other additional items:



We clean all kitchen surfaces, wipe down exterior refrigerator, stove top, counters, vacuum and mop kitchen floors, steam mop if asked or it needs it (we check with the owner if this is ok as some floors are not meant for steam mopping)



Dust all surfaces throughout the house (which includes furniture such as lamps, nightstands, mantles, bookshelves, light switch covers, light fixtures, ledges of windows and doors, baseboards, cobwebs throughout house, window sills, desks, picture frames, artwork, sculptures, bed posts and decor, chairs, tables, front door and house doors, and plant leaves when asked).



Cleaning of Bathrooms including toilet, shower, tub, sink/vanity, mirrors and floors.



We make sure to vacuum all floors in the house and ask if you would like any or all upholstery vacuumed.



We make sure to check if the artwork has museum grade glass or regular glass. Regular glass can have spray cleaner on it, museum glass should only be with a dry cloth.

Deep Cleaning

Bring your home back to a maintained condition with our “Deep Cleaning”. Our Deep Cleaning can be scheduled as a one time service for a spring cleaning or holiday cleaning.

Here’s a list of what we cover:



All baseboards, light switch plate covers, light fixtures inside and out and areas around



Window tracks, interior windows, cobwebs on walls, spot clean on walls



Kitchen stove top/oven (including grates and lower compartment), we if you want behind the stove and underneath it, fan/hood area above stove, vent cover in hood



All cabinets and drawers inside vac and wipe out, outside cabinet and drawer fronts and handles



Refrigerator inside and out, freezer insider and out



Porch swept front and back and garage swept



All floors vacuumed and mopped throughout the house – in some cases polished when requested with wood polish



Blinds, ceiling fans blades (both sides and center of unit)



Inside closets



All fronts and backs of doors – including front door of house and back door



All ledges for doors and windows, window sills, vents – we pull out and wipe insides out and clean front cover



Change filters in vent system if provided new ones



Laundry room washer and dryer are wiped down



Bathrooms (including all tubs/showers/shower door/toilets/mirrors) – if there is a shower curtain that is present we ask if it is wished to be cleaned or replaced

If there are any additional items you would like done just let us know. We provide a list below that you can print out and check off what you would like done.

Move-in / Move-out Cleaning

If you are putting your home on the market or moving, you are probably looking for our “Move-in/out Cleaning”. Our Move-in/Move-out Cleaning is usually one of the last steps before completing a move-out (often people have the carpet cleaner come after we clean) or the first step before a move-in. It provides the services of our Standard Clean and/or Deep Clean, plus cleans the inside of all of your cabinets and the inside of your oven and refrigerator(s).

Vacation Rental Services

Do you have a second residence or Vacation Rental location that you need to frequently flip over for the next renter? Our Vacation Rental Service is similar to our Move-in/Move-out Clean but it is catered to VRBO, Corporate rental clients, and AirBnB hosts who also need cleanings between guests. Services include linens change/replace, towel change/replace, emptying of the fridge/freezer, toilet paper restocked, etc.

Office Cleaning Services

If you have an office or commercial location, our “Office Cleaning Service” is recommended. Our Office Cleaning Service is suited for building owners/renters and property managers. Our standard service includes bathrooms, kitchen(s), floors, interior windows, trash & recycling. We service: retreat centers, wellness clinic’s, dental offices, retail establishments, corporate offices, churches, and schools.

For your convenience, we have created a cleaning checklist that you can access by clicking the link below. Just click the link to download a pdf formatted page of the checklist. You can print out the pdf document and mark which duties you would like performed for your housecleaning. Give the completed form to the cleaner when they arrive and go over the duties you marked with them. As they clean your place they will initial the areas that have been cleaned and make any notes about cleaning of the areas which they can go over with you at the end of the job.
